You will be joining an award-winning event agency to work with us on a wide ranging client portfolio across technology, the built environment and engineering sectors, academia, public sector and other B2B events. We work to influence mindsets; to drive a positive, lasting impact with every event.
Project Coordinator
In this role you’ll support on a portfolio of events from concept to delivery through clever thinking, sustainable solutions and exceptional customer service. You’ll work within a team of Event Managers and Project Coordinators to deliver events for our clients. You will gain experience on a wide range of events. This is the perfect role for someone wanting to further develop a career in a fast-paced, exciting and friendly team environment.
Essential experience, skills and attitude
- At least one year experience in an office administration environment or industry relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- IT literate (MS Office suite)
- Resourceful individual capable of researching solutions to a detailed brief
- An open-minded approach to finding creative solutions
- Can-do attitude with no task being too big or small
- Confident in participating in internal team meetings
- Confident with initial outreach to sponsors and suppliers and build relationships
- Comfortable with technology and the use of it to deliver virtual event briefings
- Excellent attention to detail through administration
- Confident in analysing data to support event reports
