CF Fertilisers Summer Social

BeaconHouse was delighted to deliver the second installment of the CF Fertilisers Summer Social as part of Billingham Synthonia Cricket Club’s Big Bash in August 2024. This event saw 200 CF staff members, family, and friends return to join the local community for an afternoon of sunshine, live music, family activities, food, and socialising.

The BeaconHouse team managed every aspect of the event, from the booking process and site planning to onsite management of the CF area. This space featured a marquee, deckchairs, beanbags, lawn games, and giveaway merchandise. Food and drinks were provided by local vendors, with whom we collaborated using a token system. Attendees were welcomed in to enjoy the hospitality and learn about the history of the company through our internal displays and AV presentation.

With sustainability at the heart of all we do, a key innovation at this year’s event was the provision and generation of 100% solar-powered energy via Ingram’s NRG system and solar panels to the rear of the marquee. This ensured we could deliver a fantastic event while reducing our carbon footprint.
